Cherry Cheescake Cookies


Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup (2 sticks) butter or margarine, softened
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 large eggs
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 cup dried cherries

Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit

Combine flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl. Beat butter, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract in larger mixing bowl until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in white chocolate chips and dried cherries. Drop by well rounded teaspoon onto ungreased baking sheet.

Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until centers are set. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely. makes about 5 dozen cookies

  2. Thanks! : ) I got the idea actually from the subway cheesecake cookies. My step-dad loves them so I recreated them. My mom said they were better than subways hehe, if you try them let me know what you think : )
